Are all your products natural, gluten free and vegan?

We have an assortment of products, please review our product gallery image and product description to see  what benefits they have. It’s mentioned clearly what benefits they have in terms of being Vegan, Natural,Cruelty Free, Paraben free & Gluten free. Our products are not tested on animals.

When will my package be delivered?

Processing time for orders is 3-5 business days (business days do not include weekends or holidays). These times may be extended during holidays, launches/restocks, limited edition releases and promotions. Once shipped, delivery time within Canada & US  is 3-6 days and 10-21 business days internationally. We do not offer expedited shipping at this time. All orders are shipped via Canada Post or UPS. Please note, we are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by, but not limited to, the following: customs, natural occurrences, air/ground transportation strikes/delays or transfers from local carrier to international mail carriers.

How can I reach the customer service team and when should I expect the response?

For customer service inquiries only, please email at [email protected] Our Customer Service team is available M-F 8am – 5pm pst. We do our best to respond to all customers within 48 hours. Response times may be extended during holidays, promotions and immediately following launches/restocks. Inquiries are answered in the order they are received; please do not send multiple emails as this will place you at the end of the queue.

Do you allow refunds/returns?

Usually our all sales are final. We do not offer refunds/exchanges, nor do we allow cancellations/ returns. Please keep in mind that colors will appear different on individuals depending on skin tone and lip pigmentation. Items will not be replaced or exchanged for this reason. reserves the right to refuse any returns at any time.

I have not received my order confirmation , was my order correctly placed?

Order confirmation emails may be delayed as a result of high order volume. Please contact our customer service team at [email protected] if you have not received your confirmation email after 24 hours of your purchase.

Can I make changes to my order once it’s been placed?

Please ensure all info is correct before submitting your order. Due to the extremely limited nature of our products, all sales are final. Orders can not be cancelled, changed or modified once they have been placed.

What should I do if I have received my order and need some additional assistance ?

Please contact our Customer Service Team at [email protected] to request replacement for damaged products or report other issues with your order. We will review all issues that are submitted within 7 days of delivery of the package. Requests received after this time frame are no longer eligible for review. Customers must provide photos of any product/order issues along with their Packing slip (please ensure stamped initials are visible). Kindly note that customer will have to bear the return shipping fee.

Can I reserve the item by adding them to my cart?

All products on  are in stock and available for order (unless otherwise noted). Items can not be reserved by holding them in your cart. Due to limited availability product may sell out before your purchase is complete. Order transactions are completed in the order they are received.

Are Eudaz Canada products Halal?

Eudaz Lipstick Xtreme Matte and Lipstick Pearl Matte are certified Halal. Our all other products are not Halal certified. As always, please be mindful and carefully read ingredient information provided for further details.

How do I track my order?

You will receive an email when your order has been processed, this will include the tracking number for your order, your courier and a trackable link.If you track your order immediately after receiving your email you may receive an error message, please wait up to 24 hours and try again for your tracking details to generate online.

Can I change the shipping address on my order?

If you have made an error in your shipping address please let us know as soon as possible via the CONTACT US section using the email address associated with your order. Please also include your order number AND the correct address.

If your order has already shipped, and you have your tracking details we would also recommend you to contact your courier to advise them of the address update. We will try our best to make any updates to your address, however depending on the status of your shipment it may not be possible.

What payment methods do you accept?

You can pay on the site using credit or debit card via PayPal if it is available in your region. If you select to pay with card, you can pay with Visa or Mastercard.

How much tax & duty will I be charged?

Items shipped within Canada or outside are subject to duties, taxes, handling and/or other miscellaneous charges as defined by the country or region of import. These fees are not included in the cost of your order and therefore can not be reimbursed by Eudaz Canada. Customs regulations in Canada require that we display the full product value on the front of the package (this includes products that are purchased at a discounted price or are part of a promotion). Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to placing your order.

Where do I enter my coupon code?

After adding your items to your basket, click the option VIEW CART.  You can then insert your code on the field that says ADD A PROMO CODE.
